CLASSES

Pre-registration is required for all classes and crops. Fees due at time of registration. 24 hr. cancellation required for refund. We reserve the right to remove the name of an unpaid participant and fill it with a name from a waiting list. Class participants will receive a 10% off In-stock merchandise on the day of their class. (Cannot be combined with Secret Saturdays or other offers).

Thanks for the Memories can design and facilitate projects for ANY Girl’s or Boy’s Clubs like Scouting and Awana. Call for information and discount pricing.

Remember, when no classes are scheduled, you can use our classroom and class supplies for $5 per day. Just call ahead to be sure the classroom is not in use.

CROPS

We’ve become famous for our crops. For a $5.00 per person fee (SDU students and grads free), Friday night from 7pm-12am or Saturday night from 6pm-11pm (see schedule), you can crop till you drop, have a pizza snack and some pop and enjoy the evening with fellow scrappers. Please bear with us while we try our best to make this the least confusing as possible while keeping it fair to everyone.

SIGN UP—On the 1ST of each month, registration opens for any crop on the following month. For example; March 1st you can sign up for all of Apr., Apr 1st you can sign up for all of May and so on.

REGISTRATION—You MUST pay at the time of registration. We will not be able to put your name on the list without payment. You can pay in person or over the phone with a credit card number. We WILL hold the credit card number until the night of the crop if you chose to pay be a different method. We will only charge the card if the cancellation is after 12:00 on the Wednesday before the crop, or if a no-show situation occurs.

CANCELLATION POLICY— In order to receive a refund you must call by 12:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to the crop you have signed up for. If you have any questions, please contact us at 438-8322. We reserve the right to cancel any crop with less than 15 people. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We welcome our customers to work with whatever scrapping materials they own . However, it is not appropriate to solicit or conduct business with competitors products in the store. Your understanding of this matter will be greatly appreciated.
